Mark is teaching an on line course in Fall, 2007 entitled “Food Products R&D Methodology”. This 300 level course introduces students to food product development theory and practice. The course is being taught on-line over 16 weeks and covers product development careers, the role of product development in driving growth, product development processes and models and a survey of current issues impacting product development.
